Preparation/Usage

Procedure to prepare porridge

  1. Wash the hands and also the utensils using for preparation.
  2. Mix 1 tbsp of the sprouted health mix with 1 cup of water without any lumps.
  3. Cook the mixture in the medium flame for at least 10 mts continuous starring.
  4. Milk/ Butter Milk can be added.
  5. Sugar/ salt can be added as per choice.
  6. Once it attains porridge consistency, turn off the flame and serve it.
