Preparation/Usage
Procedure to prepare porridge
- Wash the hands and also the utensils using for preparation.
- Mix 1 tbsp of the sprouted health mix with 1 cup of water without any lumps.
- Cook the mixture in the medium flame for at least 10 mts continuous starring.
- Milk/ Butter Milk can be added.
- Sugar/ salt can be added as per choice.
- Once it attains porridge consistency, turn off the flame and serve it.
